We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.Rehabilitation Institute of South San Antonio strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.Job SummaryThe Director of Business Development and Marketing leads the hospital's strategic growth initiatives, manages the marketing and referral development teams, and drives census growth through community engagement and outreach.Responsibilities* Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve hospital growth targets.* Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.* Supervise and coach marketing and clinical liaison staff, ensuring alignment with outreach goals.* Monitor referral data, trends, and community needs to inform outreach strategies.* Represent the hospital at public events and foster partnerships that enhance brand visibility.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.* Master's degree preferred.* Minimum 3-5 years of business development or healthcare marketing leadership experience required.* Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation or behavioral health preferred.* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.EEOC StatementRehabilitation Institute of South San Antonio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
