Desktop Support Location Shreveport, LA :

Southwestern Energy is searching for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our BIS Client Services Rig Support team. You will provide the organization with technical assistance on all IT related requests and problems pertaining to hardware and/or software for office and field-based operations. You will diagnose and resolve unique problems and determine the source of the problem and classify their level and priority. This position reports the BIS Manager and is located in our Haynesville area office.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Configures, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots computer workstations, laptops, local printers, mobile devices, LAN phones, satellite systems in the office and remote field locations.
• Maintains PC inventory of PC's and IT deployed equipment along with managing any local installed software licensing.
• Documents and maintains Desktop processes and procedures that provide the team information on resolution to Service and Incident requests.
• Maintains individual ticketing queue to meet internal SLO's on all Service and Incident requests.
• Provides Network and Infrastructure assistance when needed under supervision of Network or Infrastructure.
• Provides the business after hours and weekend support.
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

Your Background includes:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent or at least 2-5 years of related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Successfully working with and communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Attend to field operations in the area (rigs, well services, etc.) that is typically 1-1.5 hour radius of the Haynesville office.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 50 lbs. periodically

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• Desktop support: 3 years (Required)
• Windows: 3 years (Required)
