Location: Remote

Job Type: W2 hourly contract, 6+ months; opportunity to extend long-term based on performance

Compensation Range: $45-53/hr

We are seeking a Presentation Designer to create engaging and high-quality materials for internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design and capable of delivering cost-effective materials such as pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation covers, using both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with clients, global teams, and internal support groups.

We are helping to staff and develop a foundational in-house creative team for our client, and experience in building or contributing to such teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Create, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, and documents according to specifications using high-end design software.
• Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently with minimal guidance.
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards while meeting internal clients' needs for creative, professional, and high-quality products.
• Become an expert in Microsoft Office to enhance and edit presentation materials as needed.
• Accept and incorporate feedback to improve quality, foster innovation, and maintain service excellence.
• Gain knowledge of document requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet quality and timeliness metrics to enhance overall service levels.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Corporate Communications, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in presentation design, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• In-house creative agency experience is highly preferred.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and design consistency.
