ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a talented digital marketing and technology expert to join our Demand Generation team as the Marketing Operations Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our MarTech stack, optimize marketing operations, and directly contribute to the company's growth and campaign success. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and capturing marketing contribution to the pipeline.
As a highly visible role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, deliver measurable outcomes, and report our progress toward marketing and sales goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
•Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on results.
•Proven success in working cross-functionally to achieve business goals and accelerate growth.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Marketo.
•Strong knowledge of database management, email marketing, and campaign automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp, Salesforce, etc., specifically setting up workflows, automation, and conducting audience segmentation.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Exceptional organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Independent, critical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision.
BENEFITS
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $ to $ plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $105,000 to $135,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
