About the Role
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our databases are accurate and reflect the latest updates, changes, and transactions. You'll communicate with team members and clients to gather the information you need, identify and correct errors, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

Review and sift through data to identify relevant information.
Correct errors and organize data for easy and accurate entry.
Create and manage spreadsheets with precision.
Enter and update data in the appropriate databases.
Ensure data is backed up properly.
Notify the appropriate team members about any errors or issues.
Organize physical copies of materials for easy retrieval when needed.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma (required).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stay focused and perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Touch typing skills are essential.
