Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our company's databases are accurate and up to date. Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Gather and identify relevant information by reviewing data.
Correct errors and organize data for easy and accurate entry.
Create and maintain clear, precise spreadsheets.
Enter and update information in the appropriate databases.
Ensure data is backed up and secure.
Notify relevant parties of any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain organized physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of the English language.
Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to focus for long periods and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Fast and accurate touch typing skills.

Remote Opportunity:
This position is fully remote, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. A dependable cell phone connection is also necessary.
