Are you detail-oriented and organized? We're looking for a Data Entry Administrator to support our team by managing vendor relationships, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and collaborating with different teams to keep operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and internal teams.
Assist in maintaining and updating vendor agreements, purchase orders, and inventory records.
Coordinate workflows to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Address supplier production schedules, shipping concerns, and any order-related issues.
Analyze documents and work processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Provide insights and updates on vendor performance and any critical changes.
Develop guidelines and performance metrics to evaluate vendor efficiency.

What You Bring
Associate's degree (or higher) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - OR - at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving skills (Sigma Yellow Belt preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially over the phone.
Basic knowledge of valves and related products is a plus.
Familiarity with the chemical, refining, or power industries is helpful.
Ability to interpret data and maintain accurate records.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
