Data Analyst Intern in our
El Paso, Texas, site for
Summer 2025. This on-site position requires the ideal candidate to be located in the general area. This internship will provide hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to financial and supplier profiles. As an intern, you will assist with various tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.

Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting data on financial and supplier profiles.
- Support data analysis efforts using PRISM for spending insights and RFP/Qs via Ariba.
- Help create and maintain databases, utilizing your Excel skills.
- Contribute to data reporting by preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Aid in chart creation in Excel to visualize data findings.
- Assist in generating mass email communications to our supply base.
- Contact suppliers to collect necessary data and confirm details.
- Work alongside CM/SSLs to ensure accurate data management.
- Collaborate with Finance and IPO team members on financial data coordination.
Skills and Qualifications: - Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills required for this position.
- Must detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with suppliers and team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Responsive and professional in all interactions
