About the Role KIOXIA is seeking a highly motivated data analyst to improve internal business data processes by designing and implementing an automated reporting infrastructure. This role involves data integration, cleaning, preparation, and visualization, supporting company-wide efficiency in decision-making. Key Responsibilities Structure, clean, and integrate multiple internal data sources for streamlined analysis Develop automated data preparation processes to minimize manual efforts Write SQL queries and use programming skills (Python, R, etc.) for data management Collaborate with finance, demand planning, pricing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure data consistency Create dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights Identify and implement improvements in data workflows and automation Regularly report progress to management on data integration, automation, and insights Who You Are Major in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field Prior internship or corporate experience preferred Proficiency in SQL and data querying; experience with Python or R is a plus Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or operational tools is an advantage Strong understanding of database design, business intelligence, and data analytics Experience in data transformation, cleaning, and visualization Exposure to operational processes, workflows, or supply chain management is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour Career growth and personal development opportunities Flexible work-life balance with generous PTO and holiday shutdowns Diversity and inclusion initiatives fostering a culture of belonging Comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k) matching, and pet insurance Why Join KIOXIA?
