Full Job DescriptionOur travel client is looking for a Creative Project Manager for this onsite, 12 month, freelance role!Overview: We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee our global custom advertising and media solutions projects. This role involves facilitating planning, managing team pipelines, and ensuring operational excellence across various business areas.Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage end-to-end campaigns with media partners.- Coordinate multiple projects, manage deadlines, and optimize project timelines.- Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, brand marketing, finance, campaign management) and external vendor partners.- Maintain project status, track workflow steps, and ensure all deliverables are met.- Anticipate and manage potential blockers, proactively finding solutions.- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to maintain project integrity.- Manage intake of projects, validate requests, and allocate resources.- Partner with production and agency teams to deliver creative assets across all channels.- Work across UK and US time zones.Qualifications:- Strong communication and project management skills.- Experience in creative and production processes (design, integrated production, social media assets).- Ability to adapt and find solutions as priorities change.- Detail-oriented, technically minded, and enjoys problem-solving.- Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships.- Familiarity with project management tools and processes.Preferred Experience:- Background in marketing, creative operations, or advertising project management.- Experience in the travel industry (e.g., Expedia, Travelocity, Vrbo, Booking.com) is a plus.- Proficiency in managing creative projects and operational workflows.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
