The paralegal will work on corporate and securities transactional matters and other domestic and multijurisdictional projects that are cross-border in nature, high value and complex; and develop skills to deliver the highest quality service for our world-class clients around the globe. Will sit in Chicago and support attorneys both in Chicago and across Baker McKenzie’s global offices.

This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked. The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $100,000 - $140,000 annually.
