We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Reviewer to join our paid media team. In this role, you will review all types of ad creative (including video, image, and carousel) to make sure they are clear, engaging, and meet the goals of the project.
Your job will be to provide helpful feedback that improves the quality of the ads. This includes reviewing the copy, visuals, and overall effectiveness to ensure everything aligns with the target audience and the creative brief. You’ll need to balance creativity with attention to detail to make sure each creative meets Paleovalley’s high standards.
If you are detail-oriented and can work intuitively to identify and highlight any recommendations, improvements or inconsistencies in the advertisements, this could be the role for you.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
🎥 Review Ads: Look at video and static ads to ensure they are engaging and match the target audience and campaign goals.
📋 Provide Feedback: Give clear and specific feedback to improve the copy, tone, and visuals of the ads.
📝 Follow Creative Briefs: Make sure the feedback matches the goals and messaging outlined in the creative brief.
📌 Ensure Accuracy: Check that all content is factually, grammatically correct, spelled properly, and aligns with brand standards.
⏳ Attention to detail: Ensure the ad meets professional standards, has logical flow, and overall clarity.
🔍 Timely Feedback: Provide feedback on time, making sure the project stays on track and meets deadlines.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, and offers flexibility in working hours to suit your schedule. Core overlap required between 9am to 1pm MST.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 1+ years of experience writing copy for performance-driven creative ads (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Image and Carousel)
✅ Copywriting: Experience in refining content to make sure it’s clear and engaging.
✅ A background in editing, fact-checking, or content validation preferred.
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot areas for improvement in ads and give clear suggestions.
✅ Project Management: Ability to understand the deadlines of each project and make sure the deliverables fit those deadlines.
✅ Teamwork: Good communication skills to work with different teams.
✅ Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

💸 Salary : $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on experience*
