Construction Outside Sales / Asphalt/Concrete
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Outside Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business within the construction industry, specifically within the asphalt and concrete sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and revenue within the asphalt and concrete sector
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's products and services

Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the construction industry
- Knowledge of asphalt and concrete materials and construction processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-40-50% travel required throughout the year
