About the Role The Maggiore Companies is seeking an experienced executive to manage construction operations and lead business development efforts. This role is responsible for guiding the project management and design teams, ensuring successful delivery, and driving growth by securing new work through strong relationships with clients and, architects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in design-build project delivery, including the ability to coordinate disciplines, review designs for compliance, and provide practical solutions to day-to-day challenges. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Provide oversight, direction, and support to project managers and designers, ensuring all projects meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Business Development: Identify and pursue new project opportunities; cultivate repeat business from past clients and architects; actively strengthen Maggiore's market presence. Design-Build Expertise: Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs comprehensively; review for constructability and code compliance; produce design solutions that balance quality, cost, and schedule. Client & Architect Relations: Serve as the main point of contact to maintain and expand long-term relationships. Planning & Execution: Oversee aggressive construction schedules through effective planning and communication with PMs, field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Field Support: Leverage extensive knowledge of construction methods and details to support and guide teams in the field. Qualifications Candidate who is interested in developing a long term, lasting career with Maggiore. 15-20+ years in a senior Construction Manager, Construction Executive, or Director of Operations leadership role overseeing team implementation of large scale multifamily and commercial projects. Proven track record in design-build delivery, including multidisciplinary coordination and comprehensive code review to develop practical, compliant solutions. Demonstrated success in business development and securing work through strong client and architect relationships. Established local network of subcontractors, suppliers, and qualified employees in Greater Boston and New England.
