Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Pool Construction Laborer to assist in the renovation and remodeling of swimming pools. This position involves physical labor, including surface preparation, demolition, material handling, and assisting skilled tradesmen in tasks such as tile work, plumbing, and resurfacing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the demolition and removal of old pool surfaces, tiles, and decking.
• Prepare pool surfaces for plastering, tiling, and other finishes.
• Help install or replace pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and plumbing.
• Mix and apply materials such as plaster, concrete, and grout.
• Transport and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to prevent accidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, pool renovation, or related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
