Position : Commercial Title Coordinator
Location : NYC-based with remote opportunity

Qualifications :
* Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience:
* Title Producer License and Notary preferred
* 3+ years in the title industry, with expertise in NY, NJ, and PA transactions
* Experience in title insurance, handling commercial files with a pipeline of 40-60 files at any given time
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, and ability to embody the company's core values: client focus, teamwork, integrity, and innovation
Key Responsibilities :
* Act as the primary point of contact for developers, real estate investors, attorneys, and banks
* Prepare Proformas and Settlement Statements in accordance with lender closing instructions
* Oversee clearance documentation to ensure all title commitment requirements are met and approved by underwriters
* Utilize expertise to resolve complex title commitment requirements beyond the clearance team's authorization
* Conduct closings and provide support throughout the settlement process
* Maintain and manage the milestones system to ensure compliance with company policy
* Prepare files for disbursement and respond promptly to client inquiries
