Summary:
Join our team as a Clinical Liaison at Community Care Hospice, where you will represent us in community outreach efforts and facilitate access to care for clients in need. As the liaison, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our services and programs, and driving referrals while embodying our mission. This role reports to the designated supervisor on our agency's organizational chart.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday
Pay starting at $55,800/annually (based on like experience)
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal/human relations skills. Experience in healthcare clinical, marketing or sales experience, including “cold-calling”, and being comfortable asking for a referral. Excellent verbal (presentations/speaking in front of groups) and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior community outreach experience. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland Care policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
