Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing cleaning tasks efficiently and to the highest standards in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and other designated areas.
• Handle trash removal and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow specific cleaning checklists and company standards for each job site.
• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients when needed.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in various residential and commercial environments.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Work is performed in residential homes, offices, and commercial buildings.
• Flexible scheduling options may be available, including weekday and weekend shifts.
• Travel between job sites may be required.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
