What We Expect from You:

Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience (OTR regional or local).
Team Compatibility: Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
Clean Driving Record :
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (SAP completions are not accepted).
- Accidents: No more than 2 DOTrecordable accidents in 3 years excluding major incidents like rearend preventables or rollovers.
- Traffic Violations: No commercial vehicle violations; up to 1 personal vehicle violation in the past 3 years is acceptable.
Background: No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years (no exceptions for sexual crimes).
Employment History : No recent terminations from your last joband no more than six (6) driving jobs in the past three (3) years
