We are growing quickly and seeking an energetic Charity Event Assistant to join our team.

Assist with planning and executing charity events, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and preparing event materials.
Support and guide volunteers to ensure smooth, efficient event operations.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, answering questions and enhancing the event experience.
Help promote charity events through social media, email outreach, and in-person community engagement.
Offer hands-on support throughout each event, ensuring seamless setup, operation, and breakdown.
Collect attendee feedback and support post-event reporting to measure event impact and success.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience necessary— paid training is provided .
Experience in customer service, fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit work is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Coursework or a degree in event planning, marketing, nonprofit management, public relations, or communications.
Paid training in charity event planning, marketing, and community outreach.
