WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).Key ResponsibilitiesAssists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with our residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently and assisting with engagement in activities.Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred WHERE YOU'LL WORK : Location: US-IN-Lawrenceburg LET'S TALK ABOUT BENEFITS: Our comprehensive Thrive benefits program focuses on your well-being, offering support for personal wellness, financial stability, career growth, and meaningful connections.
