Overview As the first
Business Operations Analyst at StretchDollar, you will play a critical role in scaling our business and driving operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to build scalable solutions from the ground up. You’ll set the foundation for our business operations, with the opportunity to grow into managing a team as StretchDollar expands.
Key Responsibilities Tech Stack and Process Optimization - Build and optimize StretchDollar’s tech stack, leveraging tools like Salesforce and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Oversee system and data administration, ensuring data quality and creating workflows that scale with the business.
- Collaborate with the GTM team to evaluate and implement tools that enhance sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Reporting and Analytics - Design and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics across GTM, product, and finance.
- Create forecasting and reporting cadences in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other departments.
- Conduct growth performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Go-To-Market Operations - Develop and implement sales operations functions, including forecasting, territory management, and segmentation.
- Oversee marketing operations, including campaign automation, email workflows, and performance reporting.
- Partner with GTM teams to streamline revenue-driving programs and enhance customer success processes.
Project and Process Management - Lead high-impact projects that accelerate growth, improve retention, and scale operational efficiency.
- Streamline and automate workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
- De-risk growth-stage projects by designing scalable solutions with minimal implementation time.
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or growth roles, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Certification required, with demonstrated expertise in managing Salesforce workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven success building and scaling operations functions at early-stage startups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and revenue operations platforms.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex systems and processes for diverse stakeholders.
