About the Role As a Painter's Helper, you’ll play a vital part in preparing vehicles for painting and ensuring they meet our highest standards of quality and care. You’ll work side-by-side with talented professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles or damaged areas for painting with precision and efficiency.
• Perform tasks such as sanding, prepping, polishing, and masking to ensure a flawless finish.
• Use materials like cleaning fluids, thinner, paint, sandpaper, and tape with care and expertise.
• Follow quality processes and procedures to meet the highest industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace while contributing to a team-focused culture.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the team’s success.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training (we’re happy to help you grow your skills further!).

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
