Bilingual Production Floater Supervisor - Food Industry (Pet Food)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Production Floater Supervisor to oversee the production floor and ensure the smooth operation of our food manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams on the floor.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Experience in the pet food industry is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
