What You'll Do:

Explain insurance policies to new and existing clients via Zoom.
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' individual needs.
Provide guidance on various insurance options, including mortgage protection, final expense plans, college education funding, paycheck protection, and more.
Resolve client inquiries and address any concerns.
Expand your network and grow your business.
Stay up-to-date on insurance standards and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and track your progress.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
What You'll Need:

Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Must be 18 years old.
