Additional Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success and knowledge in the following areas:

• Financial Services products and services (e.g., Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management); and,
• Business process design and ability to identify risks and gaps in processes.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in assessing the following areas:

• Leading teams to identify and assess risks and/or opportunities for improvement in Banking processes;
• Identifying or designing business process and technology controls; 
• Defining risk management practices in alignment with organization’s strategy;
• Designing sustainable risk management and compliance programs, including the development and implementation of controls, governance and oversight; and,
• Designing and implementing models for data classification.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:

• Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;
• Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;
• Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements;
• Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,
• Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

• Creating a positive environment;
• Monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations;
• Respecting the work-life quality of team members;
• Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner;

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
