Job Summary: Shottenkirk Kia Fort Bend is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and knowledgeable Automotive Sales Professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital sales tools, have strong communication skills, and possess a high level of resilience and persistence to succeed in a competitive sales environment. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, motivated to meet sales targets, and ready to thrive in an evolving automotive market. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet and engage customers both in-person and online, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Actively listen to customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options to match their preferences and budget. * Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about the latest models, features, and pricing to ensure accurate and effective presentations to customers. Be prepared to answer detailed questions and overcome customer objections confidently. * Internet Sales & Lead Management: Follow up on internet leads and manage communication via email, phone, and chat. Effectively use online tools, the dealership’s CRM system, and third-party platforms to manage and convert leads into sales opportunities. * Demonstrations & Test Drives: Provide vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives, ensuring customers experience the full features and benefits of the vehicles they are interested in. * Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing terms with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner. Close sales while ensuring profitability for the dealership and satisfaction for the customer. * Customer Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on sales and providing exceptional post-sale support. Encourage repeat business and referrals. * Sales Goals & Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales professionals, managers, and other departments to achieve sales objectives and improve customer experience. * Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, new vehicle features, sales techniques, and digital tools to enhance performance and product knowledge. Qualifications:

  • Proven success in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role, with a desire to work in the automotive industry.
  • Strong internet and digital literacy, including experience with CRM systems, social media, and online lead management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively both in person and virtually.
  • High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred, but not required (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
