As a Controller at Lakeland Chrysler, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring financial compliance. (If you do not have Automotive experience please do not apply) Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Prepare budgets and financial forecast

Requirements:

• Dealership Accounting Office Manager or Controller experience
• Able to follow established policies and procedures
• Ability to hold others accountable
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Outlook. CDK experience a plus!
• Great communicator with strong business acumen
• Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
• Enjoys mentoring and leading a team, but also willing to be hands-on
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing.
