Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings in the logistics industry. • Collaborate with senior product managers in conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. • Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product development and launch activities. • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and enhancements • Prepare and present reports and updates to stakeholders on project status, key metrics, and performance. • Coordinate product launches, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Analyze market data, customer feedback, user-journey and industry insights to identify new product opportunities and make data-driven decisions. • Pitching product solutions to internal stakeholders for tech roadmap prioritization. • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into well-defined specifications and user stories. • Monitor key product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market adoption to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Continuously gather customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to refine and enhance logistics products. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. • Curiosity to learn and become an expert on a complex product Preferred: • Prior internship experience in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous. • Knowledge of SQL Company: ITS Logistics is a logistics company that offers Retail Compliance services.
