Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal skills, a passion for advocating on behalf of clients, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, calendars, and billing records.
• Stay informed about changes in the law and legal trends relevant to the firm's practice areas.
• Attend Virtual and in person Court appearances, pre-trial, hearings, trial, post-trial proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Florida
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
