Job Description

We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance Technology to lead and enhance the technology supporting our Maintenance & Engineering goals. This is a chance to work with senior management, drive innovation, and improve aviation safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Product Strategy: Turn strategic visions into actionable backlog items.
• Manage Projects: Oversee project tracking with clear ownership and timelines.
• Integrate Feedback: Continuously refine products with input from M&E and IT.
• Ensure Compliance: Manage roles, permissions, and tech configurations to meet standards.
• Oversee Training: Support Maintenance Training with effective technology solutions.
• Business Continuity: Lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Drive Efficiency: Apply Lean methodologies to improve processes and tooling storage.
• Manage Risks: Conduct risk assessments and improve problem management.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance & engineering technology.
• Experience in Agile environments (SCRUM preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
