Welcome to Our Team We are the Information Technology (IT) organization for our Animal Health company, responsible for driving the AH CIO's agenda and partnering with business and IT leaders to provide enterprise scale services and solutions that drive data-focused, digital capabilities and ensures reliable information management, data governance and data quality practices. The position reports to the Chief of Staff and head of the AH Office of the CIO. Our IT department is dedicated to achieving competitive advantage through the alignment of IT priorities with business modernization and productivity initiatives. Purpose of the position In this role, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to achieve product launch excellence and effective product information management within our Animal Health division. Your leadership in program management will be key to identifying and overcoming obstacles, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless oversight across all project workstreams. You'll navigate complex dependencies and resource needs while remaining agile in adapting to shifting priorities, all to align with our broader business goals. Collaborating closely with business partners, you will gain insights into their product information governance needs, allowing you to craft tailored solutions that elevate our data management capabilities. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in shaping product roadmaps and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, making a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
Main Responsibilities - Lead program management activities , including identifying obstacles, overseeing communications, and ensuring workstream oversight for product launch excellence.
- Manage complex dependencies and resources , ensuring adaptability to changing priorities across project workstreams.
- Facilitate program meetings and stakeholder engagement , tracking performance against plans and budgets to ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with business partners -to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance product information governance.
- Establish product roadmaps and governance structures , leading delivery teams to align initiatives with business goals.
Your profile - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information governance, data management, or business analytics, with at least 3 years in Global Information Governance or MDM implementations (e.g., Collibra, Immuta, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Tibco EBX).
- Certified Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner; Program Management framework certification preferred.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of information governance, particularly in pharmaceutical or technology sectors, is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Product and Customer Master Data Management, as well as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing data, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success as an Information Governance professional, with in-depth knowledge of data, business processes, and systems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and integrate data into a cohesive framework.
