Job Description

Position : Administrative Assistant 

Working Schedule : 9am-6pm EST

Salary Range : $1,500-$1,800 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are a private equity firm that supports investors in the commercial real estate sector. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with data input and a variety of other administrative duties to help us efficiently manage our operations and serve our investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data input into our deal management software
  • Provide administrative support for the team and investor-related tasks
  • Maintain Organized emails, make sure that everything is logged and ensure accuracy in data
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with team priorities

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles.
  • Experienced and proficient in HubSpot, DropBox, and Google. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a transparent and supportive team culture.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
