This is a direct hire position with our key agricultural client. In this role, you will assist with processing a high volume backlog of invoices, specifically using MSD365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365). This role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with accounts payable processes, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in using MSD365 or similar ERP systems. Accounts Payable Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently within MSD365.
• Match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice inquiries and payment status.
• Assist with coding invoices and allocating expenses to the appropriate cost centers.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Requirements:

• Prior experience with MSD365 or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with end to end accounts payable processes
• Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Prior experience with high volume invoice processing is preferred.
