**Job Title: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Specialist**
**Position Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in our organization, contributing to our mission and supporting our community. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, preferably within the hospitality industry. This position will focus 80% on accounts payable and receivable tasks and 20% on payroll processing.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Accounts Payable:**
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and internal stakeholders regarding accounts payable inquiries.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 forms and new vendor setups.
- Track and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Process check requests and invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Generate monthly accounts payable reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Review and enhance accounts payable processes for efficiency.
- **Accounts Receivable:**
- Process sales receipts and manage credit card transactions.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash with sales.
- Handle refunds and resolve any discrepancies related to payments.
- **Payroll Processing:**
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll, including processing changes and coordinating benefits with Human Resources.
- Maintain employee timesheets and payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including vacation and insurance accruals.
- Manage payroll tax deposits and prepare quarterly and annual tax returns.
- **General Accounting Duties:**
- Develop a thorough understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
- Participate in cross-training to support various accounting functions as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other financial duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 18 college credits in Accounting or Business.
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on accounts payable and payroll processing, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Great Plains (Dynamics GP) software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, and use hands for various tasks.
- May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
**Work Environment:**
- This is a 100% onsite position with moderate noise levels typical of an office environment.
- Daily COVID testing and face coverings are required.
