United Properties is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2025! If you're passionate about numbers, eager to learn, and excited to contribute, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

As an Accounting Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the world of real estate accounting. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform development accounting responsibilities with guidance for assigned properties, including preparation of capital calls/loan draws and monthly financial statement preparation.
• Assisting with various portfolio accounting month-end duties including:
  • Reviewing and importing monthly activity received from 3rd party operators.
  • Recording journal entries.
  • Updating month-end balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the annual property budget process.
  • Review monthly financial reports received from management companies.

And other exciting projects and responsibilities as needed.

Currently attending school for a Bachelors or Masters degree with an interest or emphasis in Accounting.
