Job Overview

Charlotte’s Coffee House is seeking a detail-oriented and highly proficient accounting professional to join our team part-time. If you have a strong background in accounting and expertise in QuickBooks Online, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing company while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• QuickBooks Online Management – Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Budget Creation & Maintenance – Develop, track, and update budgets to support financial goals.
• Purchase Requests & Expense Tracking – Process purchase requests and enter expense data promptly.
• Account Reconciliation – Perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Business Tax Support – Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of business tax requirements.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and locally on a part-time basis.
