About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to support a foundation's mission and financial operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for financial reporting, investment accounting, banking support, and compliance. You'll work closely with leadership and board members to ensure accurate reporting and maintain the integrity of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports, track endowments, and perform reconciliations.
Manage investment accounting and banking transactions.
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist with strategic financial planning and forecasting.
Work collaboratively with the Foundation Director and Board to maintain financial integrity.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience: At least five (5) years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial analytics. Investment accounting experience is a plus.
Certification: CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with Sage Intacct and Raiser's Edge is highly beneficial.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
