Domaine Drouhin Oregon and Roserock are looking to complete our winemaking team for Harvest 2025!

For over four generations, the Drouhin family has produced elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Burgundy, and this year, we celebrate 38 years in Oregon.
Our two estates, Domaine Drouhin Oregon, in the Dundee Hills and Roserock, in the Eola-Amity Hills, reflect this legacy. As a family-owned winery, we are dedicated to producing wines of balance and elegance that capture the unique character of our vineyards. Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team during the busy harvest season. This position will provide hands-on experience in many different aspects of the winemaking process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wine, eager to learn, and prepared to work hard to contribute towards the team’s success.
Interns can expect to start late-August or early-September and end mid-November or early-December, depending on the season.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Grape sampling and basic juice analysis
•  Operation of crush pad equipment and sorting lines
•  Assist in fermentation management (pump overs & punch downs)
•  Help with wine transfers, racking, blending, barrel management, and other cellar operations
•  Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
•  Support general operations related to harvest, including inventory management and equipment upkeep
•  Work closely with the winemaking team and other interns to ensure smooth operations during harvest.

Qualifications:
•  Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment, 7 days/week
•  Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take charge
•  Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English
•  Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds
•  Must be comfortable climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights
•  Needs to be able to work in confined spaces
•  Previous winery production experience preferred, but not required
•  Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
