20041 – Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP ERP FICO) Location – West Point, GA CBU: KaGA
PURPOSE The Sr. Business Systems Analyst supports SAP modules that are utilized by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Georgia and other affiliate companies. This position requires in-depth knowledge of cost management systems with manufacturing processes. This position also requires strong hands-on experience in analyzing user requirements and providing solutions employing best practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Lead SAP system operation support at Hyundai/KIA plant.
- Monitor SAP system execution and respond and resolve any production-related issues
- Perform system design, development and implementation of any business process change initiated by client
- Identify opportunities of making system operation improvements
- Manage projects as needed from resource planning, system design, system development and implementation
- Track the progress and closure of issues by utilizing change management tools
- Create training materials and provide end user training
- Work with cross functional groups to complete development projects and tasks
- Perform essential duties in supporting CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA and Material Ledger; provide additional support on FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and TR modules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in information technology or supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of work experience is required, including 3+ years of experience with SAP CO and FI
- Hands-on experience in the design, configuration and support of SAP CO and FI in a manufacturing environment. The main focus is on CO operations.
- Involvement in 4+ full life cycle implementation experiences
- Hands-on working experience in the following areas:
- Product Costing
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profitability Analysis
- Material Ledger
- Period closing
- Logistic master data in FI/CO environment
- Planning and budgeting
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and cost management
- Experience must include a combination of new process design, development and production support.
- Basic skills and knowledge on debugging SAP systems to identify issues and opportunities of making system improvements
- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills; open communicator with a strong customer focus
- Ability to model business and technical concepts using a variety of notations and methods (e.g., flow charts, system flow diagrams, logical database design, etc.).
Salary Range - $79,000 to $112,959 per yr.
